Terms of Sales

There is no minimum order required.

Full payment must be made prior to shipping.

Payment made in U.S. funds in the form of Cash, Postal Money Order, Cashier's Check, or Paypal

If paying with Paypal, your shipping address MUST be a Verified Paypal address, or I will deny payment.

All forms of payment must clear my bank before I will ship items.

A 50% deposit will be accepted to hold an animal for an agreed upon amount of time. Deposits are non-refundable on existing animals. In other words, if I have something for sale, and you send a 50% deposit to hold the animal, and you don't pay the balance by the date agreed upon, you will lose your deposit.

If a 50% deposit is accepted for something that hasn't hatched out yet, and that particular specimen doesn't hatch out for any reason, including eggs going bad, low sex ratio of hatchlings, or a particular color morph doesn't show, the deposit can be applied to another animal.

There will be a $5 per/month maintenance fee for us having to feed, water, and clean up after each snake you have a deposit on.

*NOTE - ALL DEPOSITS AND LAY AWAY PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE VIA CASH, MONEY ORDER OR CASHIER'S CHECK, NO EXCEPTIONS. THIS INCLUDES PAYMENTS THAT ARE MADE IN FULL FOR ANIMALS NOT YET AVAILABLE.

Female only and Extra Female

Females will only be sold with a male, unless the clutch is extremely female heavy. Lone females will cost 25% more than a male of the same morph. If you buy a pair, the female will normally cost the same as the male. If you buy a pair and want an extra female, the extra female will cost 25% more than the cost of a single male. Example:

1.0 (male only) Morph "A" is $100

1.1 (male & female pair) Morph "A" is $200

0.1 (female only) Morph "A" is $125

1.2 (male & 2 females) Morph "A" is $325 - $200 pr. and $125 for the extra female

The 25% extra female fee will still be charged if you purchase a male and female of different morphs.

Trades

I may be interested in trading. I may accept Venomous in trade for Non-venomous or visa versa. Make me an offer, but please don't insult me. If we do trade, I will not ship first.

Prices and Availability of Specimens

Check the "Available Now" page to see pictures, prices, item number, and other info on each specimen we have for sale, whether it's a hatchling, yearling, or adult. Click on the thumbnail to see a larger picture of that exact specimen.

All hatchlings will have voluntarily fed at least 3 times on live or frozen thawed food items or they will not be sold.

All Yearlings and Adults will be eating Frozen Thawed voluntarily.

All animals will be outwardly healthy, free of deformities, and correctly sexed.

All animals are CB (Captive Born/Hatched) unless otherwise noted.

Placing an Order

Before placing an order, it is the buyers responsibility to make sure he/she is complying with all State, Local Ordinances regarding the ownership of any animal(s) you plan to purchase. Make sure you have any required permits.

Before purchasing any animal, you should be thoroughly familiar with the requirements to properly feed and maintain that animal. I'm happy to offer any assistance regarding the animals I keep.

1. Once you have read and understand the Terms on this page, and you have decided on what you want, send me an email listing the Name and Item Number of each animal. Include your full name, address, and phone number, and preferred method of payment.

2. I will return your email and let you know if those particular animal(s) are still available, and what the total cost will be. If they are available, and you still want them, you can make your payment. I will mark that/those particular items "On Hold" until payment is received.

3. You will receive an email once payment has been received, and another email when payment has been cleared, and I will tell you when your package will be shipped.

Shipping Info

Non-venomous Shipping

Shipping by FedEx will be the normal route for non-venomous snakes, and will normally cost a flat rate of $50 - $65. The animals will be in deli cups or snake bags, and packed in a styro-foam insulated cardboard box along with cold or heat packs as needed, and will be delivered "Next Day" to your door, usually before noon, depending on where you live.

An adult must be home to accept and sign for the package. Open package immediately upon arrival and notify me immediately, within 1 hour, if something is wrong. If an animal arrives DOA, email me a picture of the animal so I can see for myself that it is in fact dead. I'll no longer replace animals without proof of death.

Shipping days are TUESDAYS. It is the buyers responsibility to verify that next day service is available in their area. If you live in a RURAL area, next day delivery is NOT always guaranteed for 10:30 delivery. (No carrier will guarantee early delivery to my house, so I have to go directly to the companies hub and pick up my package.) It's called "Hold for Pickup", and I will ship packages that way if need be.

Shipping arrangements can be made for others days at an additional cost of $5.00

Venomous Shipping

Venomous snakes can be picked up if you have a Florida Venomous Permit, or we may be able to deliver them to a Venomous show, but they will only be shipped by Delta Dash.

Crate fee is $30, which includes the crate and delivery to Delta Air Cargo which for me is 176 miles round trip.

Delta Dash is the preferred method and shipping costs of approx. $150 must be prepaid. This price includes the Crate Fee.

Live arrival is guaranteed between 60-85 degrees, and only if an adult is available at the time of delivery to SIGN for and INSPECT the package and I am contacted immediately of any problems. No guarantees for shipments delayed or lost by carrier.
